Eligibility Criteria of Coast Guard Navik Recruitment

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 22 years of age. For the post of Navik (GD), candidates should be born between 01 Sep 2003 and 31 Aug 2007 (both dates inclusive).

Age Relaxation:

• A relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit is applicable for SC/ST candidates.
• A relaxation of 3 years in the upper age limit is applicable for OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates.
  Note: Age relaxation is applicable only if the posts are reserved for these categories.

Educational Qualification:

1. Navik (General Duty): Candidates must have passed Class 12th with Mathematics and Physics from a board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
2. Navik (Domestic Branch): Candidates must have passed Class 10th from a board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

Examination Fee:

• UR/OBC: Rs. 300/-
• SC/ST: Nil
• Mode of Payment: Net banking, Visa, Master, Maestro, Rupay Credit/Debit Cards, or UPI.
